From the very onset, it was going to be an uphill task for Team Indonesia! 

A tough battle, indeed... 

The Thais were on a different level, thoroughly dominant in every aspect!!

True enough, from the first whistle the Elephants kept attacking, wave after wave... 

The Garudas did extremely well to limit the deficit of only one goal in the first half! 

But, the second half was a totally different proposition... 

The Thais were attacking at will, stroking the ball around fluidly and taking pot shots at the Indonesians!!

Their #7 and #13 players were very instrumental, down the right flank...

It was only a matter of time before the goals came and the Garudas had no answer to the supremacy of the Elephants!!!! 

I truly dreaded the thought of witnessing the 2nd Leg Final this Saturday, on New Year's Day... 

Despite the gloom and doom facing them, I sincerely hope that Team Indonesia could lift up the team spirit, fight and make amends...
